House Rules

Respect for the property: Guests are expected to keep the apartment in excellent condition and to respect the luxury furnishings.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Violations will result in a penalty.

Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.

Additional Guests: Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior authorization.

Noise and disturbance: The apartment is located in a residential building in the historic center of Verona. Guests are kindly requested to maintain maximum peace and quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Waste: Separate and dispose of waste according to local regulations.

Property Damage: Any damage caused to the apartment or furnishings will be charged to guests.

Keys and Security: If you lose your keys, a replacement fee will apply.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including early termination of the stay without the right to a refund.
